What the publisher says

As described on AWS Marketplace.

The Amazon Connect Well-Architected Health Check helps organizations determine whether their existing Amazon Connect environment is secure, resilient, cost-efficient, operationally effective, and delivering its full business value.

This service is designed for organizations already using Amazon Connect. It is not a migration assessment, implementation readiness review, or new-platform design engagement.

Over a typical two-to-four-week engagement, Call Center Power conducts two coordinated assessments:

An AWS Well-Architected Review of the Amazon Connect workload across all six pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework and a Contact Center Operations Scorecard evaluating ten areas of operational and customer-experience performance.

The result is a consolidated health assessment, risk register, scorecard, and prioritized improvement roadmap connecting AWS architecture decisions with measurable contact center outcomes.

Highlights

Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.

One assessment covering technology and operations: It evaluates the Amazon Connect workload against the six pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework while assessing the operating practices, performance measures, and customer-experience processes surrounding the platform.

Fixed scope, fixed price, and rapid delivery: Receive a defined assessment and set of deliverables within approximately two to four weeks for a known cost, subject to the scope and assumptions described in the buyer’s agreement.

Prioritized and actionable recommendations: Get a consolidated roadmap identifying architectural risks, operational gaps, cost-saving opportunities, quick wins, and longer-term improvements ranked by business impact, risk, and implementation effort.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
