**Key Assessment Areas**
The Contact Center FinOps Assessment evaluates the complete financial and operational footprint of your Amazon Connect environment and supporting contact center ecosystem. The assessment analyzes Amazon Connect consumption across voice, chat, tasks, email, Cases, Customer Profiles, telephony, and related AWS services, while examining Amazon Bedrock generative AI usage, token consumption, model selection, inference costs, and governance practices. We also review Amazon Q in Connect, Contact Lens, Voice ID, outbound campaigns, and other AI-powered capabilities to identify optimization opportunities. Beyond AWS services, the assessment evaluates third-party CCaaS, UCaaS, and conversational AI licensing, including platforms such as Genesys, Five9, NICE, Zoom, and Zendesk where applicable. Finally, we assess agent labor costs, technology-versus-labor tradeoffs across internal and outsourced operations, and perform an Amazon Connect Well-Architected Framework Cost Optimization review to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, governance, and long-term cost savings.
***Customer Deliverables***
At the conclusion of the engagement, customers receive a comprehensive Contact Center FinOps Assessment report that establishes a current-state cost baseline across cloud infrastructure, AI services, SaaS platforms, software licensing, and labor expenses. The deliverables include a customized unit economics model that measures cost per contact, cost per resolved interaction, and cost per automated interaction, along with a detailed analysis of waste, inefficiencies, and unnecessary technology consumption. Customers also receive a technology-versus-labor financial analysis that identifies where automation can deliver measurable business value, recommendations for cost allocation and chargeback models across business units, and a prioritized roadmap of optimization initiatives ranked by implementation effort, business impact, and projected savings. The engagement concludes with an executive presentation summarizing findings, recommendations, and a practical action plan for reducing operating costs while maintaining or improving customer experience.
Highlights
Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.
Cost-per-contact unit economics baselined across every cost driver — Amazon Connect, Bedrock/GenAI, telephony, CCaaS/UCaaS licensing, and agent labor — not just cloud spend.
Prioritized savings roadmap built on three levers: maximize the investment you've made, retire deprecated or redundant services, and modernize in-vendor to lower-cost AWS capabilities.
Delivered by an Amazon Connect Service Delivery Partner with a BPO brokerage practice — the only team that translates BPO seat/hour/FTE economics into FinOps unit costs.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Linked repositories
Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
