What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
This service is the **Operate tier** of Call Center Power's Contact Center FinOps practice. Rather than delivering a one-time assessment, our team becomes your dedicated FinOps operating partner, continuously monitoring, governing, and optimizing your Amazon Connect environment. We proactively identify cost-saving opportunities, implement optimization initiatives, and provide ongoing financial visibility so your technology investments continue to deliver maximum return.
Using our purpose-built Contact Center FinOps platform, we continuously monitor the unit economics of your contact center, including cost per contact, cost per resolved interaction, and cost per automated or self-service interaction. We establish financial baselines, track trends over time, and identify emerging cost drivers before they become material issues. Our platform also provides anomaly detection and alerting with particular emphasis on Amazon Bedrock consumption, generative AI workloads, and agentic AI scenarios where token usage or automation can unexpectedly increase operating costs.

Our managed operations service extends beyond reporting by actively executing optimization initiatives throughout the lifecycle of your environment. We continuously right-size Amazon Connect feature usage, optimize routing strategies to reduce handle time, support AWS commitments and enterprise agreements, eliminate redundant or underutilized SaaS licenses, and identify opportunities to reduce technology and operating costs without negatively affecting customer or agent experience. We also provide ongoing cost allocation, chargeback, and showback reporting so business units understand and manage their share of contact center spending.
As organizations expand their use of generative AI, effective governance becomes increasingly important. Call Center Power helps customers establish AI financial controls through token budget management, workload-to-model optimization, prompt caching strategies, and guardrail tuning to ensure every AI interaction is delivered using the most cost-effective model capable of meeting business requirements. These practices help organizations balance innovation with predictable operational spending.
Our team also provides ongoing forecasting, budgeting support, and quarterly business reviews that evaluate the relationship between technology investments, automation, and labor costs. By measuring the technology-versus-labor tradeoff, organizations gain the insight needed to prioritize automation initiatives that generate measurable financial returns while maintaining service quality.
Every optimization initiative is guided by three continuous savings strategies. We maximize the value of existing investments by increasing utilization and improving efficiency. We retire deprecated, redundant, or underused technologies that no longer provide business value. We modernize within the AWS ecosystem by adopting newer Amazon Connect and AWS capabilities that deliver equivalent or improved business outcomes at lower operational cost.
Contact Center FinOps Managed Operations is designed for organizations running Amazon Connect and Amazon Bedrock in production that require ongoing financial governance rather than periodic assessments. It is equally valuable for multi-vendor contact center environments seeking a single accountable partner to manage cloud, AI, SaaS, telephony, and labor economics through a unified FinOps operating model. By combining Amazon Connect expertise, AI cost governance, and contact center operational knowledge, Call Center Power helps organizations continuously reduce waste, improve cost transparency, and maximize the return on every dollar invested in customer service technology.
Highlights
Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.
We own the outcome — continuous monitoring, anomaly detection, and hands-on optimization execution, not just a dashboard.
AI cost governance for Bedrock and agentic workloads — token budgets, model right-selection, guardrail tuning, and runaway-spend alerting.
Flexible commercials — fixed retainer, per-monitored-interaction, or a gainshare model priced as a share of verified savings.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
