This offer delivers a secure, scalable, and automated solution for redacting personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI) from PDFs and image files using Azure Form Recognizer and Azure OpenAI. Designed for enterprise and government use, it complies with NIST 800, HIPAA, and Section 508 standards. The service processes documents through an end-to-end pipeline: files are uploaded to secure Azure Blob Storage, converted and analyzed to extract textual content and bounding boxes, evaluated for sensitive data using AI, and visually redacted using pixel-level masking. Redacted outputs are reassembled and stored with strict access controls. All jobs are logged with detailed metadata, including timestamps, user ownership, and file paths, into an Azure SQL Database for full auditability and compliance tracking. Integration with identity providers ensures secure user-level access and file ownership enforcement throughout the workflow.
