rubric-based work faster while keeping standards, explanations, and final decisions under
human control.
Instructors can bring an existing rubric, create one manually, or generate a draft from an
assignment prompt. Gradebot processes individual or batch submissions across essays,
research papers, case studies, lab reports, STEM problem sets, code, presentations, images,
and other supported document formats. It drafts criterion-level scores, performance levels,
rationales, and feedback that educators can review and edit before publication.
Gradebot currently supports Canvas and Brightspace workflows, bulk file upload,
background processing, confidence-guided review, class-wide analytics, and export to Excel,
CSV, and Word. Canvas users can return reviewed scores and comments to the gradebook.
For departments and institutions, Gradebot adds centralized onboarding, multi-section
coordination, department analytics, SSO/SAML, configurable data-retention controls, DPA
support, auditability, procurement documentation, onboarding, and service-level options.
Gradebot is hosted on Microsoft Azure and uses Microsoft Entra External ID for
authentication. Student data is processed to provide the requested service, is not sold or used
for advertising, and is not used to train generalized AI models. Gradebot operates as a
FERPA School Official for participating U.S. institutions, with institution-configurable
retention and automated purge controls. Gradebot provides decision support only; authorized
educators remain responsible for reviewing and finalizing grades.
Custom plan for departments, schools, and districts. Includes Semester Pro capabilities plus
department-wide analytics, SSO/SAML, an admin console, data-retention and deletion
controls, DPA and procurement materials, purchase orders and invoicing, dedicated success
management and onboarding, and an uptime SLA. Contact Wave AI Solutions, Inc for a

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
