Gradebot is an AI-assisted grading and educational evaluation platform from Wave AI Solutions, Inc. Built by professors, Gradebot helps instructors and academic teams evaluate rubric-based work faster while keeping standards, explanations, and final decisions under human control.

How it works

  • Start from any rubric. Bring an existing rubric, build one manually, or generate a draft from an assignment prompt.
  • Submit work individually or in batches. Essays, research papers, case studies, lab reports, STEM problem sets, code, presentations, images, and other supported document formats.
  • Review before anything is published. Gradebot drafts criterion-level scores, performance levels, rationales, and feedback. Educators edit and approve.

Gradebot operates as a FERPA School Official for participating U.S. institutions, with institution-configurable retention and automated purge controls.

Gradebot provides decision support only. Authorized educators remain responsible for reviewing and finalizing grades.
