vAdvisor: Senior Cloud Advisory, Delivered as a Service
Vesper vAdvisor is an AI-powered cloud advisory platform that helps IT leaders make better decisions by combining business context and deep technical reasoning, the way an experienced consultant would, without months of manual assessment or costly engagements. Instead of static reports and siloed tools, vAdvisor provides continuous, interactive guidance that blends organizational priorities, stakeholder realities, and Azure infrastructure data into a single advisory experience.

The Problem
Cloud programs stall not because of tooling, but because decisions lack shared context.
- Business stakeholders and IT teams operate in silos.
- Stakeholder maps become outdated before execution begins.
- Business initiatives, dependencies, and technical constraints can’t be correlated at scale.
- Conflicts surface late — often during deployment.
- Traditional consulting assessments take 6–8 weeks and arrive after priorities have already shifted.
The result: delayed migrations, rework, and decisions made with incomplete information.
The vAdvisor Approach
vAdvisor acts as a continuously available advisory partner, applying structured reasoning across business and technical domains simultaneously. At its core are three specialized AI agents, Chat, Expert, and Architect. Each designed to reflect different levels of advisory depth, from rapid clarification to architectural decision support.
How It Works
- Bring your context
Import CSV data for stakeholders, business initiatives, and Azure inventories — or optionally connect your Azure subscription using a read-only Service Principal for live resource discovery.
- Ask real questions
Use natural language to explore decisions across domains, such as:
- “Who should I meet next to unblock the ERP initiative?”
- “Create a migration wave plan based on dependencies and business priority.”
- vAdvisor responds with specific names, dependencies, risks, and recommendations, not generic guidance.
- Turn insight into action
Generate Excel workbooks and PowerPoint presentations for executive briefings, migration planning, and architecture recommendations with a single click.
Key Capabilities
- Cross-domain intelligence
Correlate stakeholders, business initiatives, and Azure infrastructure in a single conversation — bridging organizational and technical boundaries.
- AI-guided migration planning
Automated migration wave sequencing based on technical dependencies, business priority, risk, and resource availability — with built-in conflict detection.
- Live Azure resource discovery
Enumerate virtual machines, databases, storage, networking, and more in real time using a read-only Service Principal.
- Stakeholder tracking and outreach
Track last-contact dates, identify overdue stakeholders, generate meeting agendas, and draft outreach communications — all AI-assisted.
- Microsoft Learn–grounded guidance
Recommendations are grounded in official Microsoft documentation, including the Well-Architected Framework, landing zones, and Azure best practices via Azure AI Search.
- Executive-ready outputs
Produce professional Excel and PowerPoint deliverables for leadership and program execution on demand.
Built on Microsoft Azure
vAdvisor is built entirely on Microsoft Azure, using Azure AI Foundry for multi-agent orchestration, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure AI Search. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Authentication is handled through Microsoft Entra ID with strict per-tenant data isolation.
Who It’s For
vAdvisor is designed for:
- IT leaders and cloud architects responsible for modernization decisions
- Migration and transformation program managers
- Enterprise architects and business analysts aligning strategy with execution
If you need to align business priorities with technical reality and want advisory guidance without overhead, vAdvisor provides a new way forward.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
