What the publisher says

As described on Microsoft Marketplace.

UncovAI Phishing Detection scores any URL for phishing, malware, and other security threats, and returns a clear risk verdict that a non-expert can act on.

Threat-intelligence matching runs fully offline against a bundled database that is refreshed daily. Your URLs are never sent to an external reputation service, so link checking stays private and predictable.

What it checks:

  • Threat-intelligence lookup against known malicious URLs (URLhaus, PhishTank, Phishing.Database).
  • Heuristic scoring for suspicious patterns such as typosquatting and high-risk top-level domains.
  • Automatic unwrapping of shortened and wrapped links (for example bit.ly and Microsoft Safe Links).
  • Domain reputation with explainable, categorized risk signals.
  • A single risk level per URL: SAFE, LOW, MEDIUM, or HIGH.

How it works:

Send one URL to the detection endpoint and receive a structured result with the risk level and the signals behind it. Billing is metered per analysis, so you pay only for the URLs you check.

Who it is for:

Security and IT teams, and product teams that need to verify links inside email, chat, or user-generated content without handing those links to a third party.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
