What It Does
Securely Connects leading AI platforms (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) directly to your OPC UA data sources through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Enable natural language queries, real-time monitoring, historical analysis, and controlled write operations—all with enterprise-grade security.
Key Features
- Risk Free Demo Sandbox — with 20+ industry specific simulated OPC UA servers for instant evaluation (every industry will find something they recognize)
- Deploys to your own Azure tenant - your data remains secure (never shared with TruOptim) - only shared with your selected AI Assistants as per the standard Terms & Conditions of the selected AI Assistant.
- 80+ MCP tools for browsing, reading, writing, and analyzing OPC UA data
- 50+ Built-in industrial AI algorithms covering process monitoring, SPC, control loop performance, equipment health, and process optimization — with a one-click operations audit
- Edge-to-cloud architecture—edge gateways initiate outbound only (IEC 62443 compliant)
- Role-based access control (RBAC) with granular site/source/tool permissions
- Historical data access with token-efficient response modes
- Value in hours, not months
Security First
- mTLS encryption on all connections
- OAuth 2.1 authentication for AI agents
- Comprehensive audit logging
- Encrypted state persistence
Flexible Pricing
- Start with a 30-day free trial (no TruOptim software subscription fees, only Azure resource costs, ~est $100/month). The trial will auto-convert on expiry to a paid Pro plan monthly subscription of the size you selected during the trial, or the default minimum Pro plan size of 1000 Signals, 5000 Credits, $990/month + Azure costs ~est $100/month, if you do nothing), unless you cancel the subscription before the trial ends.
- Pay only for what you need, starting from $990/month + Azure costs, and scale up as required — a fixed predictable monthly subscription based on Connected Data Signals and AI Tool Credits entitlements. You can scale your subscription up or down at any time.
- Use the TruOptim Return On Investment (ROI) Calculator to estimate your business case (link on the Plans + Pricing tab; you will receive a downloadable pdf) --> the calculator recommends a subscription size that suits your organization. The TruOptim Industrial AI Gateway is priced to help customers deliver >10x ROI in industrial plants. This however is not a guarantee and depends on each customer's unique usage and optimization potential.

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
