Cost Structure of AI Trewon Managed Application
Application Running Cost: The core cost of our AI Trewon Managed Application includes the expenses associated with running the application on the Azure platform. This fee covers the necessary resources to run the application, AI tokens tier limits(pieces of words), computational power, data storage, and basic maintenance—ensuring that the application remains operational, secure, and efficient at all times. This part of the cost is designed to be straightforward and predictable, helping you manage your IT budget effectively.
Service Cost: Customers are required to purchase Trewon services to enable the application.
In addition to the hosting costs, we offer a comprehensive customer support package charged separately. This package includes the file uploading and setup of your solution and is designed to ensure you receive extensive support throughout the lifecycle of your AI Trewon Managed Application. Our team is readily available to assist with initial setup, training with your data, AI model selection, Embeddings and fine tuning the model in your Azure tenant.
Transparent Billing: Both the application running, and service costs are billed monthly, with detailed breakdowns to ensure transparency. You have the flexibility to scale your usage and adjust the services monthly, depending on your evolving business needs, which helps in maintaining operational flexibility and budget control.
