Cost Structure of AI Customer Managed Application
Application Cost: The core cost of our AI Customer Managed Application includes the expenses associated with application licensing on the customers Azure tenant. This part of the cost is designed to be straightforward and predictable, helping you manage your IT budget effectively.
Service Cost: Customers are required to purchase Trewon services to enable the application into their Azure tenant.
In addition to the hosting costs, we offer a comprehensive customer support package charged separately. This package is designed to ensure you receive extensive support throughout the lifecycle of your AI Customer Managed Application. Our team is readily available to assist with initial setup, training with your data, AI model selection, Embeddings and fine tuning the model in your Azure tenant.
Transparent Billing: Both the application hosting and customer support costs are billed monthly, with detailed breakdowns to ensure transparency. You have the flexibility to scale your usage and adjust the services monthly, depending on your evolving business needs, which helps in maintaining operational flexibility and budget control.
