What the publisher says

As described on Microsoft Marketplace.

No more endless waiting on hold: When customers call support lines, they are often greeted by frustrating phone tree menus or long queues waiting for a human representative. This traditional experience is time-consuming, damages customer satisfaction, and incurs high ongoing support costs. The "Voice Assistant AI Agent" is intended to solve these problems. The Voice Assistant AI Agent brings telephone customer service into the modern age. Operating as a conversational frontend, it allows customers to get immediate, natural-sounding help with a wide variety of voice-related customer support processes.

An AI agent is an intelligent software program that independently plans tasks, takes actions, and makes decisions using artificial intelligence for a specific goal, without constant human guidance. For customer support, the AI agent takes control and checks: What is the customer's core intent? Do we need to securely access their account details to help them? Which internal system needs to be updated? Simultaneously, it intelligently guides the conversation and automates actions directly over the call, such as booking an appointment or modifying a reservation. Subsequent steps, like sending a calendar invite or an SMS confirmation directly to the caller, can be triggered seamlessly.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
