What the publisher says

As described on Microsoft Marketplace.

Omnichannel Virtual Assistant talks to your customers like a human communication expert thanks to high-precision intent recognition covering both meaning and sentiment. VA is a voice bot and text chatbot all-in-one system that communicates over the phone, chat, messengers and social networks equally well and remembers all the previous customer communication history. It is easy to adjust dialogue flows by using Spitch Dialog Composer tool as well as add a voice biometrics capability for customer identification and continuous identity verification throughout the conversation. Omnichannel VA understands dialects, colloquialisms and different professional jargons with bespoke tuning to your business domain and environment. Report Builder and Lingware Suite instruments provide for easy dialogue optimization and continued learning on real-life customer dialogues. Thanks to the Speech Transcription tool, the VA automatically creates transcripts of conversations for the CRM, analytics and other systems. Omnichannel VAs enable your business to:

  • Answer calls professionally after the first ring-tone and steer them to the right agent skills-group, if required;
  • Manage spontaneous open dialogues towards quick and effective resolution fully automatically in voice-to-voice, text-to-text, and combined modes;
  • Deliver new product information and make personalized offers;
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, automate CRM updating and protocolling;
  • Make automated outbound calls e.g. policy renewals, soft collections, etc. (where appropriate and in accordance with regulatory frameworks).

  • FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
