What the publisher says

As described on Microsoft Marketplace.

DocIQ is an AI-powered document intelligence platform that helps organizations review contracts, policies, reports, and other business documents faster and more consistently. Users can upload documents, create reusable knowledge bases, and run configurable AI agents that extract structured findings, cited insights, summaries, risks, obligations, and suggested next actions.

Delivered through Azure Marketplace as an Azure Managed Application, DocIQ is deployed into the customer’s own Azure subscription and tenant. Customers retain control of their data, identities, access policies, configuration, and Azure consumption, while SoftwareOne provides the application framework, deployment artefacts, and supporting documentation.

Show the rest of the publisher’s description (11 more lines)

DocIQ includes ready-made agents such as Contract Reviewer, Risk Scanner, Document Summariser, Q&A Agent, and Web Researcher, while also allowing teams to create private or organization-shared custom agents tailored to their own review criteria, workflows, and terminology.

Selected agents analyze documents independently and in parallel. Results are consolidated into clean finding cards with explanations, cited source passages, contributing agents, and recommended actions. Findings can be assigned as Microsoft Planner tasks, shared through Teams or Outlook, escalated for review, or exported as Word or PDF reports.

DocIQ uses Azure-native services including Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Azure Blob Storage, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 integration. Optional Bing grounding can be enabled where customers need selected findings to be cross-referenced against current external sources.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, DocIQ is provided as a free-to-use accelerator on an as-is and as-available basis. Customers are responsible for operating, administering, securing, and validating the deployment within their own Azure environment.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
