Prerequisites

A completed Microsoft AI Readiness Assessment result, which is free on Microsoft Learn and takes about 45 minutes. Global Reader consent in the tenant, Microsoft 365 E3 or better for the assessment signals to be meaningful, and access to department leads for the use case interviews, typically 45 minutes each across 5 to 10 functions. A named executive sponsor to receive and act on the recommendation.

Limitations

The scoring pillars are Microsoft's, so where Microsoft revises the assessment this engagement follows it. Evidence collection is read-only and nothing is changed; remediation is costed here and delivered separately or under the sprint plan below. Use case fit covers only the departments made available for interview. Custom AI systems built on Azure are assessed separately.
