What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
RhythmX Pulse extends Microsoft Dragon Copilot from ambient documentation into Precision Care AI. After Dragon Copilot captures the patient encounter, RhythmX Pulse evaluates that encounter against the patient's longitudinal medical history, real-time labs, clinical guidelines, payer rules, and formulary intelligence, then surfaces evidence-based, patient specific recommendations directly inside the clinician's workflow.
Within seconds of the recording ending and while the clinician is still with the patient, RhythmX Pulse brings forward the clinical guidelines that apply to this specific person, flags the care gaps and suspect conditions that deserve attention, suggests orders with the right specificity for the patient's formulary and plan, identifies HCC capture opportunities, and supports audit-defensible MEAT documentation. Every recommendation is grounded in this patient's data, with a transparent clinical rationale and a link to the supporting guideline so the clinician can see exactly why something is being suggested.

Clinicians remain fully in control. They can accept, modify, reject, or further review any recommendation before it enters the patient record. Because RhythmX Pulse works inside the Dragon Copilot experience the clinician already uses, there is nothing new to learn and nothing new to log into. The intelligence shows up where the work is already happening.
RhythmX Pulse is built on the GW RhythmX Precision Care AI platform, with more than 170,000 clinical validations completed by board-certified physicians and deployments across more than 150 health systems. The product is designed for ambulatory primary care, ED, Specialties, and Inpatient settings, helping clinicians deliver more personalized, proactive, and precise care without leaving the workflow they already trust.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
