Copilots, created with the InSkill platform, contain a powerful feature called InSkill GPT. InSkill GPT is a conversational intelligence interface where any worker can type or ask questions of a specific device or piece of equipment and receive answers instantaneously. InSkill was built specifically for the challenges faced by complex industrial equipment.
The InSkill Platform includes the ability to:
- Create AI copilots that utilize expertise from Product Manuals, Videos, Service Bulletins, and more
- Create best practice tasks and work instructions
- Capture expertise from service tickets
- Manage Users
- Create personalized copilots for individual machines
- Publish copilots to customers and distribution partners
- Ask questions and troubleshoot problems using mobile app or web UI in over 30 languages
InSkill was founded in 2019 in Boston, MA, by the former founding team at Axeda (acquired by PTC in 2014). The reason InSkill was created was to offset the challenge of worker turnover in the industrial setting with the use of generative-AI.
