What the publisher says

As described on Microsoft Marketplace.

Dataristix AI Librarian is a documentation‑focused AI assistant that operates as an add‑on to an existing Dataristix Kubernetes app deployment, providing fast, relevant answers directly from official Dataristix documentation. It is designed to help users quickly understand concepts, configurations, and common issues without manually searching through manuals or reference pages.

AI Librarian retrieves information from approved Dataristix documentation sources and operates in read‑only mode. It does not access project data, does not understand what the user is currently viewing in the UI, and does not make any changes to configurations or system behavior.

  • Helping new users and operators learn Dataristix fasterWhat AI Librarian does not do
  • No access to customer or project data
  • No awareness of the user’s current UI context
  • No configuration changes or automated actions
  • No recommendations based on live system stateAI Librarian is the documentation‑only role in the Dataristix AI Assistant family.

Usage and pricing

AI Librarian uses a credit-based pricing model. Each subscription includes a monthly allocation of credits, which are consumed when running AI queries. Credits are shared across all users within your Dataristix instance.

Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month and will expire at the end of the billing period. Daily usage limits apply to ensure fair access and system performance for all users. Your available daily limit increases when your recent usage is below your baseline daily allocation, enabling greater flexibility for burst usage.

The number of queries you can run depends on query complexity. Queries typically consume one credit, while more advanced or data-intensive queries may use more.

Each plan has a limit on the number of concurrent AI sessions (simultaneous users), which determines how many users can query the system at the same time.

Paid plans can be scaled by purchasing additional subscriptions, increasing both the total credits and concurrency available. The Free plan does not scale with additional subscriptions.

Prerequisites

A running Dataristix Kubernetes app (licensed separately) with the free AI Assistant module installed is required to use AI Librarian.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
