**Multi-Agent Transformation Framework:**

Six specialized agents run in sequence across the transformation lifecycle. A supervisor agent owns workflow sequencing, agent coordination, and audit-trail management. A message classification agent identifies payment type, scheme, target ISO format, and country variant. A mapping and transformation agent converts MT, flat-file, and proprietary messages bidirectionally into pacs, pain, and camt formats.

A semantic validation agent then executes ISO business rules, CBPR+ rules, market-practice checks, and data-consistency validations, while a correction recommendation agent explains failures, suggests fixes, highlights impacted fields, and attaches confidence scores. A regulatory compliance agent applies FATF, Travel Rule, and sanctions-field requirements, and a reporting and audit agent produces migration dashboards, compliance reports, and audit evidence. Low-risk messages proceed automatically through straight-through processing, while uncertain scenarios and genuine exceptions route to operations teams with full context.

Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) stores inbound message batches, transformed outputs, and audit evidence, with AWS Step Functions and AWS Lambda executing high-volume batch transformation in parallel across the agent pipeline. Amazon OpenSearch Service retrieves rule sets and comparable prior cases, and Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL holds transformation state and the append-only audit log. Message and scheme integrations arrive through Amazon API Gateway and Amazon EventBridge.
