What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
EduCare AI is a customizable patient education solution delivered as a professional services engagement deployed on AWS. It is designed to help healthcare providers and digital health companies automate and personalize patient education through secure chat, messaging portals, or voice interfaces. By leveraging artificial intelligence and natural language processing, EduCare AI enables providers to explain diagnoses, deliver post-visit summaries, guide patients on medication adherence, and answer frequently asked questions in a way that is clear, accessible, and aligned with each patient’s literacy level.
The solution is built on HIPAA-eligible AWS services, ensuring that patient data is handled with the highest standards of security and compliance. Content delivery can be adapted to the patient’s condition, preferred communication channel, and comprehension level, creating a personalized care experience that improves understanding while reducing the time clinicians spend repeating instructions. Providers maintain full ownership of their data and workflows, while EduCare AI provides the underlying automation, analytics, and scalability through AWS.

EduCare AI accelerates implementation by combining prebuilt frameworks with tailored customization. Approximately 40 percent of the platform is pre-developed, including ready-to-use modules for education delivery, content comprehension checks, and patient engagement analytics. The remaining 60 percent is fully customizable, enabling providers to adapt education pathways, integrate with existing EHR systems, or support multiple languages and voice interfaces. This balance ensures both rapid time to deployment and precise alignment with each organization’s clinical workflows.
Deployed within the customer’s AWS account, EduCare AI follows the AWS Well-Architected Framework and uses services such as AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon QuickSight, and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM). These services provide scalability, observability, security, and cost efficiency, while AWS Key Management Service (KMS) and TLS encryption safeguard patient information. The deployment model ensures that the solution is not only highly scalable and reliable but also eligible for the “Deployed on AWS” designation within the AWS Marketplace.
Healthcare organizations adopting EduCare AI can expect measurable improvements in patient comprehension, engagement, and satisfaction, as well as reductions in clinical staff workload and readmissions caused by miscommunication. The solution empowers patients with clear and consistent information while giving providers actionable insights into patient understanding and adherence.
EduCare AI is offered through AWS Marketplace as a professional services engagement, with phases that include discovery and assessment, solution design, implementation and customization, testing and validation, and optional ongoing optimization. This delivery model ensures that each deployment is tailored to the specific requirements, compliance needs, and patient populations of the customer, while remaining fully aligned with AWS best practices for healthcare workloads.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
