For inbound, Revve resolves up to 80% of routine conversations automatically across voice, web chat, SMS, email, WhatsApp, and Zalo, with full context handoff to a human when escalation is needed. For outbound, your operations team can
launch TCPA-compliant calling and texting campaigns for collections, lead follow-up, re-engagement, and renewals through no-code configuration, without bringing in a separate dialer vendor. Proprietary voice models support English, Vietnamese and 10+ languages. Pricing is a flat platform subscription plus a fee per unique customer reached each month. Failed connections don't count, and there's no per-minute or per-channel pricing that punishes you as volume grows.
Most deployments go live in 2-4 weeks using pre-built workflows, not the multi-quarter rollouts typical of traditional contact center software. All fees are non-refundable, including annual subscriptions, setup fees, and per-Unique-Contacted-Customer (UCC) usage charges. SLA breaches are remedied through service credits per the Master Service Agreement, which is the sole remedy. Customers may decline renewal with 30 days' written notice before term end. Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days at billing@revve.ai.
