What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
Synthesize-AI is a self-hosted generative AI chatbot platform designed for teams that want conversational AI running entirely inside their AWS environment. Instead of routing conversations through external SaaS APIs, your organization deploys the full application stack in your own account and connects directly to Amazon Bedrock for model inference, giving you control over access, networking, and how foundation models are used.
The platform delivers a complete chatbot experience out of the box. Users interact through a modern web interface, while the backend handles sessions, business logic, and secure calls to Bedrock. Amazon Cognito provides user registration and sign-in so you can gate access to employees, customers, or pilot groups. Traffic is served over HTTPS via Amazon CloudFront, helping you expose the application safely without managing certificate provisioning on the instance itself.

Synthesize-AI is built on a hardened Amazon Linux 2023 image and includes a production-oriented application stack: a Vite-based frontend, an AdonisJS Node.js API managed with PM2, and Redis for application session data. This integrated architecture keeps deployment and day-two operations simple, a single solution you can stand up quickly and evolve as requirements grow.
Amazon Bedrock integration supports leading foundation models available in your Region, including Anthropic Claude and Amazon Nova, so you can choose models that fit latency, cost, and capability needs. Because inference runs through Bedrock in your account, usage aligns with your IAM policies and AWS billing, alongside standard charges for compute and other AWS services you enable.
The listing includes an AWS CloudFormation template that automates provisioning of the supporting infrastructure - such as the EC2 host, networking, CloudFront, and Cognito so you can go from subscription to a working environment with minimal manual configuration. Synthesize-AI suits internal copilots, customer support assistants, knowledge-base Q&A, and proof-of-concept generative AI initiatives where data residency, security review, and operational ownership in AWS matter.
Before use, ensure your account has access to the Bedrock models you intend to use in your deployment Region. Detailed launch steps, stack outputs, and first-login guidance are provided in the product usage instructions.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
