What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
Fuzentry is the pre-execution AI governance layer that lets regulated enterprises run multi-agent AI at scale without losing control, context, or compliance. Built for fintech, healthcare, and GRC environments where AI mistakes carry legal and regulatory consequences.
THE PROBLEM FUZENTRY SOLVES
Show the rest of the publisher’s description (36 more lines)
The average SR 11-7 enforcement action costs $2M-$47M in fines, remediation, and reputational damage. The problem is not that governance tools do not exist - it is that they log after execution. A log of a breach is not evidence of prevention. When an auditor asks you to prove your AI made a compliant decision, you need more than a chat log.
Fuzentry sits between your AI agents and your regulated workflows. Every request is evaluated against your compliance policies before execution. Every decision - whether allowed or blocked - generates a cryptographically signed receipt backed by AWS KMS. Your audit trail is immutable, independently verifiable, and built for examiner review.
THINK OF IT LIKE A VISA AUTHORIZATION
Visa does not let money move until the authorization fires. Fuzentry does not let data move until governance clears it. A blocked PHI query generates cryptographic proof that the block happened - not a record of the breach that followed.
CORE CAPABILITIES
Pre-Execution Policy Enforcement
Governance decisions are made at the ExecutionRouter before any AI agent executes. Requests that violate your policies are blocked and receipted - not flagged after the fact. Enforced across all six surfaces: AUTH, PROMPTS, MODEL, MEMORY, TOOL, and EXPORT.
AI Decision Receipts - ADR-SPEC-1.0
Every governance decision emits a Decision Receipt conforming to ADR-SPEC-1.0, the open AI decision record standard (CC BY 4.0). Each receipt carries a policy hash binding the decision to the exact policy version active at evaluation time, a deterministic SHA-256 request hash enabling replay, a KMS-signed JWKS-verifiable signature, and a Merkle anchor for batch tamper-evidence. Independently verifiable without Fuzentry access.
Cryptographic Denial Proofs
Every blocked request generates three artifacts: a KMS-signed machine receipt (.json, RFC 8785 canonical), a human-readable PDF for your compliance team, and an evidence bundle (.zip) ready for external audit or regulatory examination.
Folder-Scoped Memory Isolation
A RouterToken binds folderId at issuance - cross-patient and cross-client data access is architecturally prevented, not just policy-restricted. Satisfies HIPAA minimum necessary standards and SR 11-7 cross-business-unit segregation requirements.
Deterministic Decision Replay
Every governance decision can be reconstructed with the same policy snapshot, same request hash, same verdict - for independent verification by regulators, auditors, or GRC platforms. No reconstruction required.
Compliance Audit Trail
Full correlation ID tracking. Immutable 7-year WORM retention (exceeds HIPAA 6-year requirement). Evidence packages exportable for examination from day one.
HOW IT WORKS
- Subscribe via AWS Marketplace - tenant is provisioned automatically on first subscription event.
- Receive your API key by email within minutes of activation.
- Point your AI agents at the Fuzentry API endpoint.
- Apply a policy pack - prebuilt templates for HIPAA, SR 11-7, SOC 2, NIST AI RMF, DORA, and EU AI Act included.
REGULATORY COVERAGE
SOC 2 Type II: Receipts map to CC6.1 (logical access controls), CC6.2 (authentication), and CC7.2 (system monitoring). Examiner-ready evidence for TSC audit cycles.
NIST AI RMF: Receipt fields map to GV.OV-03 (policy version binding), GV.MT-02 (per-decision measurement), MAP.5 (risk priority enforcement), and MEASURE.2.5 (AI risk metrics).
Fintech: SR 11-7 model risk governance, examination-ready audit evidence, cross-business-unit memory isolation.
Healthcare: HIPAA Section 164.308/Section 164.312 enforcement, OCR audit trail export, 7-year WORM retention, BAA-compatible deployment options.
GRC / EU AI Act: Article 9 risk management documentation, real-time blocking with cryptographic non-repudiation.
DORA Article 11: Operational resilience documentation with sealed governance evidence.
Colorado AI Act (effective June 2026): Consequential decision documentation and governance evidence generation.
SUPPORT
Starter/Growth: Email support with documented SLA tiers.
Enterprise: Priority support with dedicated Slack channel and direct engineering access.
DEPENDENCY DISCLOSURE
This product extends Amazon Web Services AI and machine learning services, including Amazon Bedrock. Without an active AWS account and supported AI service access, this product has limited utility.

Highlights
Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.
Cryptographic Denial Proofs (ADR-SPEC-1.0) - KMS-signed, Merkle-sealed receipts conforming to the open AI Decision Receipt standard. Every DENY produces a signed artifact with policy hash, request hash, and JWKS-verifiable signature before any data is touched.
Pre-Execution Interception - policy fires BEFORE the AI agent accesses data, invokes a model, or executes a tool. A blocked PHI query generates proof of the block, not a record of the breach. Enforced across all six surfaces: AUTH, PROMPTS, MODEL, MEMORY, TOOL, EXPORT.
Mapped to SOC 2, HIPAA, SR 11-7, and NIST AI RMF - receipt fields bind to CC6.1/CC6.2/CC7.2, HIPAA Section 164.312(b), SR 11-7 examination evidence, and NIST AI RMF GV.OV-03/GV.MT-02/MAP.5/MEASURE.2.5.

Refund terms
As stated by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.
All paid subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 7 days of the billing date if requested in writing. Refunds are not issued for partial months beyond the 7-day window. To request a refund, contact contact@tailoringtechforward.net with your AWS account ID, subscription date, and reason. Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Usage-based overages are non-refundable once reported to AWS Marketplace metering.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
