What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
Brand consistency is one of the hardest things to scale. As organizations grow, messaging drifts teams develop their own language, customer-facing communications vary in tone, and approved content gets paraphrased in ways that erode brand equity. iX Hello solves this by serving as a centralized, always-available brand resource that employees can consult when writing, presenting, or communicating on behalf of the organization.
With iX Hello, companies can embed approved messaging frameworks, tone-of-voice guidelines, product descriptions, and communication standards directly into the assistant's knowledge base. Whether an employee is drafting a customer email, preparing a proposal, or developing internal content, iX Hello provides real-time guidance grounded in your brand's actual standards , not their best guess. The result is an organization where every touchpoint, from the front line to the executive suite, reflects the same voice.
