What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
The CGI AI-DLC Discovery Workshop is a half-day, facilitator-led session designed for CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and Heads of Development who want to move from AI curiosity to a concrete adoption plan. Legacy toolchains, inconsistent automation, and rising customer expectations are putting pressure on delivery teams — this workshop gives leadership a structured forum to align ambition, identify high-value opportunities, and define the guardrails needed to scale responsibly.
The session covers four areas: aligning leadership on the ambition for AI-driven software delivery; identifying where AI can accelerate the SDLC across design, code, test, release, and operations; prioritising high-impact use cases across development, QA, DevSecOps, and architecture; and defining guardrails for responsible, secure AI adoption. Participants bring their current SDLC maturity data (DORA metrics, cycle times, quality issues), toolchain overview, and customer insight. CGI facilitators bring the AI-DLC framework, Spec Factory accelerator tooling, the Application Rejuvenation Suite for legacy modernisation, and cross-industry case study evidence. AWS services used include AWS Bedrock and/or Kiro.

CGI has applied the AI-DLC framework to its own SDLC since 2023 across 20 global programs, delivering 20–40% sustained productivity improvement, 50–55% faster delivery of reusable platform code, and 20–30% quality improvement through AI-assisted reviews and early defect detection. Client engagements have achieved 30–40% faster code migration cycles, 45% reduction in test case preparation time, and analysis time compressed from months to hours on undocumented legacy systems. The workshop distils this experience into an actionable half-day engagement, with deliverables including a prioritised list of AI-driven SDLC use cases, identified quick wins and strategic platform investments, and agreed governance and risk considerations for scaling safely.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
