Knowledge Graph Intelligence Layer is an AI-powered enterprise knowledge and relationship intelligence platform built on AWS that enables organizations to connect, enrich, and reason over information distributed across documents, conversations, projects, systems, and teams. Leveraging Amazon Bedrock and AWS Lambda deployed on Amazon EC2, the solution transforms fragmented organizational knowledge into a unified, relationship-aware knowledge graph that supports conversational AI, enterprise search, expertise discovery, and cross-domain intelligence.
The platform continuously ingests and enriches structured and unstructured data from multiple enterprise systems, extracting entities, relationships, and contextual insights using generative AI. Through natural language interfaces such as Slack and enterprise chat applications, users can ask complex questions spanning people, projects, technologies, business initiatives, and historical decisions. Amazon Bedrock-powered reasoning translates user intent into graph queries, retrieves connected knowledge from Neo4j, and generates contextual, explainable responses that go beyond traditional document retrieval and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches.
