Inferdat builds workflow automation that connects existing systems: CRMs, ERPs, databases, and APIs, without requiring those systems to be replaced. The AI layer handles routing logic, exception detection, escalation rules, and fallbacks. Every decision is logged and every exception is traceable. This is not an RPA tool that breaks when a screen layout changes. It is an AI orchestration layer built on top of APIs and structured data.
