What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
Crescendo is a service platform with operational AI designed as a single system that consolidates capabilities typically spread across multiple vendor solutions including contact center as a service, ticketing systems, chatbots, workforce management tools, quality assurance systems, and agent assist solutions. Rather than adding artificial intelligence to legacy architecture, Crescendo is designed with AI as the core operator handling customer interactions and operations. The platform orchestrates a set of intelligent agents that learn and improve through customer interactions.
**Platform Architecture**
Show the rest of the publisher’s description (19 more lines)
Crescendo operates on a two-layer architecture.
The CX Agents Layer comprises five specialized agents that handle customer-facing and operational work. Concierge manages customer-facing resolution, interaction routing, and functions as an intelligent IVR alternative that understands customer requests. Agent Assist provides real-time assistance to human agents during live conversations, surfacing relevant information and suggested actions. Applied Insights supports operational calibration, key performance indicator tracking, and provides direction across agents to optimize customer experience delivery. Quality supports performance evaluation, quality assurance, and agent coaching to help maintain consistency and compliance. Workforce supports forecasting, scheduling, and staffing optimization to help allocate resources effectively across channels and time periods.
The Agentic Foundation Layer provides the operating system that enables all CX Agents to function. Optimization configures, deploys, and continuously refines all CX Agents from initial requirements through go-live and ongoing enhancement. Integration builds and manages connections with your existing third-party systems and enterprise software to support data flow across your technology environment. Simulation enables testing and validation before go-live and supports optimization by modeling different scenarios and configurations. Knowledge maintains your knowledge base, standard operating procedures, policies, and information that agents use to deliver service.
**Core Features and Capabilities**
- AI-Driven Customer Resolution: Concierge handles interactions across voice, chat, email, and messaging, identifying intent, accessing history, determining resolution paths, and routing to humans with full context when needed.
- Real-Time Human Agent Support: Agent Assist delivers context-sensitive suggestions, knowledge articles, and compliance reminders during conversations, and can flag escalations to supervisors.
- Operational Intelligence: Applied Insights analyzes interactions to surface patterns and KPIs for management visibility and data-based decisions.
- Workforce Planning: Workforce forecasts demand, generates scheduling recommendations, and helps plan staffing and resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance and Coaching: Quality monitors compliance and protocol standards, identifies coaching opportunities, and reports performance trends.
- Continuous Learning: Every interaction updates the knowledge base and refines agent performance, with Knowledge and Optimization capturing successful patterns for future configuration.
**Integration and Deployment**
Customers provide access to customer data, CRM systems, knowledge bases, and other enterprise systems through secure API connections, and configure brand voice, communication standards, and quality requirements. Crescendo provisions the environment, validates integrations, and conducts testing before production launch, syncing data with existing systems to maintain consistency.
**Use Cases**
- Inbound Customer Support: Handles technical support, billing questions, account issues, and troubleshooting. Concierge resolves straightforward issues while Agent Assist supports human experts on complex cases, and Applied Insights/Quality track service consistency.
- Sales and Presales Assistance: Concierge qualifies leads, answers product questions, and routes customers to sales teams. Agent Assist supports human sales agents with product info during conversations. Workforce ensures appropriate team availability.
- Customer Retention: For cancellation, billing dispute, or service concern contacts, Crescendo prioritizes interactions, routes to specialists, and supports faster resolution, while Applied Insights identifies at-risk customers from interaction patterns.
- Operational Consolidation: Replacing multiple vendor solutions with one platform reduces vendor management complexity and system integration overhead.
**Support and Service Delivery**
Crescendo includes implementation support to design CX flows, integrate systems, configure CX Agents, and train teams. Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
