What the publisher says

As described on AWS Marketplace.

In today’s competitive retail landscape, customer experience is king. Shoppers expect a seamless, personalised journey that makes finding the perfect product a breeze. However, traditional search methods, with their endless filters and generic recommendations, often leave them frustrated and abandoning their carts.

Aisha is a generative-AI powered conversational shopping assistant, adapted to a client’s product catalogue as well as trusted information from across the web. It can answer customer questions around specific products, provide comparisons, act as a source of inspiration and make personalised recommendations.

Aisha has been designed as a conversational commerce accelerator, which means the foundational infrastructure comes with security, guardrails and feedback mechanisms from the get-go. This allows us to spin up a solution, start testing with users and get to market validation as quickly as possible.

Aisha leverages AWS services including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Athena and Amazon DynamoDB.

Highlights

Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.

Our observability-first approach not only allows us to monitor the complete tech stack of Aisha for insights and improvements, it also adds an extra layer of security.

Governance and guardrails come out of the box. All that’s needed to get started is a snapshot of your product catalogue (CSV, JSON etc.) and access to your AWS environment.

DiUS knows how to architect, build and deploy AI/ML solutions in production for scale, performance and cost-effectiveness as AWS Applied AI and ML Competency partners.

  • FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
