What the publisher says

As described on AWS Marketplace.

## What this is

A productised implementation service that delivers a composable page builder layer on top of an existing or new headless CMS. The buyer profile is specific: a marketing team frustrated by developer dependency for routine page creation; an engineering team frustrated by ad-hoc HTML being shipped through the CMS; an executive sponsor who wants both groups spending their time on the work that actually matters rather than on the negotiation between them.

The page builder layer is component-based. Marketing teams assemble pages from a curated library of approved components with drag-and-drop authoring, live preview, and built-in governance. Components themselves are engineered, version-controlled, peer-reviewed, and tested as code. Brand and accessibility constraints are enforced at the component level so they cannot be violated at the page level.

## Why this shape works

Most page builder implementations fail in one of two ways. Either marketing freedom is too unconstrained and brand consistency degrades, or engineering control is too tight and the marketing team goes back to filing development tickets within six months. The productised programme exists to land neither failure mode.

The mechanism is the split between component level and page level. At the component level, everything is engineered: brand constraints, accessibility rules, performance budgets, content structure. Engineers maintain components through their normal development cycle. At the page level, everything is assembled: marketing teams combine components into pages without writing code, and the constraints they cannot violate are the ones engineers have already baked in.

## How it runs

Stage 1: Audit. Current authoring workflows mapped on the marketing side, current component library and design system mapped on the engineering side, and the gap between them characterised. Output is an implementation brief.

Stage 2: Component library design. Define the component set, the authoring experience, the governance model, and the multi-brand and multi-region structure. Output is a documented design system signed off by both marketing and engineering.

Stage 3: Implementation. Build the component library against the chosen headless CMS (Magnolia, Contentful, Contentstack, or other). Wire up authoring experience, preview environments, and publishing workflows. Engineers ship components through their normal CI pipeline.

Stage 4: Pilot. Roll out to a single brand or market. Train the marketing team. Validate against real content production volumes.

Stage 5: Rollout. Scale to additional brands and markets. Hand over to the in-house team. Documented handover so the marketing team can extend their own content production and the engineering team can maintain components without TBSCG.

## What you get

A live page builder layer integrated with your headless CMS. A documented component library and design system that engineering can extend. A trained marketing team authoring pages without engineering dependency. A trained engineering team maintaining components through normal development cycles. Multi-brand and multi-region structure live from rollout. Outcomes typically include 25-40% faster time-to-market for marketing campaigns, reduced engineering dependency for routine page work, and improved brand consistency across multi-brand or multi-region operations.

## Why TBSCG

Magnolia Gold Partner. AWS Advanced Consulting Partner. Certified across Contentful, Contentstack, Cloudinary, and commercetools. Twenty years of enterprise CMS implementation with deep design systems practice alongside the engineering bench.

The page builder pattern has been built and refined across multiple enterprise CMS implementations. The implementation is not invented for your engagement; it is adapted from a tested baseline. Senior engineers and design systems specialists on bench, drawn on for the work, not assembled from offshore graduate pools.

The brand position: the endpoint of the engagement is your team running the page builder without us. We are built to be let go.

## Adjacent services

CMS Transformation for Financial Services or any of the platform-specific migration listings (Magnolia, Contentful, Contentstack) for buyers also replatforming the underlying CMS. Brand Voice and Content Model Training for AI for marketing teams preparing for AI-generated content alongside human-authored pages. Composable Commerce Transformation for organisations adding the page builder on top of a composable commerce stack. Canopy for productised 24/7 managed support of the running page builder layer. Grove for ongoing component library evolution.

Highlights

Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.

Productised implementation across four streams. Component library design with brand and accessibility constraints enforced at the component level. Authoring experience configuration with drag-and-drop, live preview, and built-in governance. Multi-brand and multi-region structure designed in from the start, not retrofitted. Pilot with one brand or market, then phased rollout. The deliverable is a working page builder layer integrated with your CMS, not a design system on a slide.

Engineering discipline at the component level, marketing autonomy at the page level. Components are engineered, version-controlled, peer-reviewed, and tested as code, with brand and accessibility constraints enforced so they cannot be violated downstream. Pages are assembled, previewed, and published by marketing teams without code changes. The split is deliberate: governance lives where engineers maintain it; agility lives where marketing teams need it.

Every page builder implementation is run by a named engineering team and a dedicated project manager. The named team includes a CMS architect, a design systems specialist, and a senior engineering lead. Senior, not rotational. The component library is the heart of the engagement and the deliverable that determines whether the page builder pattern holds over time. Library handover includes documented patterns, versioned releases, and engineering practices the in-house team can extend without TBSCG. After cutover, three options for ongoing engagement: Hypercare. Immediate response in the weeks immediately after launch. Canopy. 24/7 productised managed support on the page builder and underlying CMS. Grove. Long-form engineering partnership for ongoing component library and design system evolution. Recovery.
