What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
Beetrix AI Parking Infringement Agent is an AI decision-support solution that helps local councils manage parking infringement appeals. When a customer submits a review request, the agent reads the submission and any attached documents, retrieves the offence details, payment history and vehicle information from the council's existing systems, and checks the applicable legislation and internal review guidelines. It then produces three outputs: a recommendation categorised by outcome, a summary document that sets out the evidence and reasoning behind it, and a draft letter ready to send to the customer. A local laws officer reviews each case before any outcome is communicated, so councils keep full oversight of every decision.
The solution runs on Amazon Bedrock with AgentCore, using Anthropic Claude models for analysis and reasoning. Symphony3's SmartGlue integration layer connects the agent to the council's form, infringement, payment and parking systems, so data is collected automatically rather than looked up by hand. The agent runs on a schedule each morning, picks up new submissions, and processes them end to end. Its knowledge base holds the legislation, council policies and review guidelines that inform each recommendation, and can be updated as rules change.

Councils use Beetrix AI to cut the manual effort in each review, respond to customers sooner, and make decisions that are consistent from one case to the next. Because the integration layer is configurable, the same framework can be extended to other infringement categories and regulatory review workflows.
Highlights
Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.
Automates the review of parking infringement appeals from end to end. Built on Amazon Bedrock, the agent reads each customer submission, retrieves offence data, payment records and vehicle history from the council's existing systems, and checks the relevant legislation before producing a categorised recommendation for each case.
Every recommendation comes with a summary document that sets out the evidence and reasoning, plus a draft outcome letter ready to send to the customer. Council officers review and approve each case before anything goes out, so local councils keep full oversight and governance of every decision.
Cuts manual processing time per appeal and keeps decisions consistent from one case to the next. Symphony3's SmartGlue integration layer connects to council form, infringement, payment and parking systems, so the agent collects its own data and runs automatically each morning without manual handling.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
