No refunds. We strongly advise to opt for monthly billing instead of yearly contracts if you are not sure that you will continue your subscription until the end of the contract term. If a contract is cancelled before the expiry of the term, full payment is still due and there will be no pro-rated refund. Your cancellation simply prevents the contract from auto-renewing at end of the term. In case of any discrepancy between this and any other agreement(s), this agreement shall prevail.
