All sales of Flow tokens are final tokens cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Tokens remain valid as long as the account is active, do not expire, and can be used anytime. An account is active if the customer logs in, isn't suspended for policy violations, and makes necessary subscription payments. No refunds are issued for unused tokens. Upon account termination by the customer or Flow, any remaining tokens are forfeited.
