What the publisher says

As described on AWS Marketplace.

Financial institutions are moving toward faster, more connected lending and onboarding journeys where customer data, credit evaluation, fraud checks, compliance validation, operational workflows, and digital channels work together as a coordinated experience. The goal is to reduce friction across the full journey while improving decision quality, operational control, and customer experience.

Pragma’s Lending & Onboarding Acceleration service helps banks and financial services organizations assess, design, and implement end-to-end workflows across origination, onboarding, credit evaluation, KYC, compliance, servicing, and operational handoffs. We work with business, technology, risk, compliance, product, and operations teams to identify where journey fragmentation slows execution and where automation, integration, and decisioning can create measurable impact.

Our approach begins with a focused assessment of the current lending or onboarding journey, including systems involved, data flows, decision points, manual tasks, controls, exceptions, and customer touchpoints. From there, we define a practical roadmap and support implementation through AWS-native architecture patterns that connect channels, core systems, CRM, data platforms, APIs, and operational workflows without requiring a big-bang core replacement.

Depending on the client’s needs, Pragma can support:

*Lending and onboarding journey assessment

*Process mapping across systems, teams, data, controls, and customer touchpoints

*Identification of manual handoffs, bottlenecks, rework, and decision delays

*Design of end-to-end workflow orchestration for origination and onboarding

*Automation of credit, fraud, compliance, and operational validations

*Integration across core systems, CRM, digital channels, document repositories, and third-party providers

*AI-assisted decisioning and operational automation for high-volume processes

*Implementation of monitoring, alerts, and operational visibility for critical journeys

Pragma leverages AWS services and architecture patterns such as Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, Amazon EventBridge, Amazon SQS, Amazon SNS, Amazon ECS, AWS Fargate, Amazon EKS, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon RDS, Amazon S3, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, AWS WAF, AWS IAM, AWS KMS, AWS PrivateLink, and AWS Transit Gateway, depending on each client’s target architecture and implementation scope.

Pragma applies experience from financial services modernization initiatives involving digital onboarding, process automation, integration, data enablement, and operational workflow redesign to help institutions accelerate critical journeys without increasing architectural or operational risk.

Pragma’s approach is also aligned with the Digital-Led Growth and Digital Banking Modernization frameworks, which focus on connecting onboarding, payments, lending, and servicing into reusable capabilities that support growth across customers, products, and relationships. These frameworks emphasize reducing lifecycle gaps, connecting core journeys and systems, and turning digital investments into scalable banking capabilities.

The outcome is a clear path to accelerate lending and onboarding without increasing operational complexity. By orchestrating data, systems, controls, decisioning, and customer-facing channels, financial institutions can reduce manual effort, improve consistency, accelerate customer acquisition, and create faster paths from application to revenue.
