Inqura subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of billing error or if the product is materially non-functional and the issue cannot be resolved within 10 business days of a support request. To request a refund, contact support@inqura.ai with your AWS account ID, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
