The same universal agent technology also provides full-stack observability of applications. Monitor user experience using a combination of synthetic and real user monitoring, correlate with processing delays of transactions at each tier, and auto-discover and analyze infrastructure performance with the application context to pinpoint why an application is slow. Built-in insights to monitor common web, application (Java, Node.js, .NET, PHP), database, middleware and other application components ensures accurate diagnosis of problems.
Fully multi-tenant, eG Enterprise can be deployed on-prem or as a SaaS service and monitors both on-prem and cloud components. Embedded AIOps capabilities provide proactive and accurate insights and recommendations to IT teams. A simple interface and its integration with GenAI services empowers helpdesk teams to triage problems easily, accurately and quickly, reducing slowtime. Trending and analytics capabilities provide recommendations for IT architects to right-size, optimize and forecast the performance of their key applications and infrastructures.
Highlights
Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.
Comprehensive User Experience Monitoring: Synthetic monitoring simulates workflows for thick/thin client and web applications including logon performance and supports VDI technologies like Amazon WorkSpaces/AppStream 2.0 and Azure Virtual Desktops. This is complemented with real user monitoring that measures all aspects of user experience: logon time, application launch time, screen latency, input delay and page load time. IT teams can detect and resolve problems proactively before users notice.
In-depth Insights and Auto-Diagnostics: Universal agent technology monitors 650+ application and infrastructure components. Flexible and transportable licensing makes deployment simple. Built-in domain expertise ensures auto-discovery and in-depth monitoring based on industry standard best practices. Automated diagnosis capability ensures that all the necessary details are captured and reported just as problems occur. Automated baselining alerts IT teams to any anomalies in advance.
Advanced AIOps Capabilities: Auto-discovery of inter-dependencies and color-coded topology maps greatly simplify troubleshooting. A patented root-cause diagnosis engine clearly differentiates the cause of problems from effects, minimizing mean time to repair. Historical analysis and trending provides insights for right-sizing, optimization and cost control. Integration with ITSM tools ensures automatic ticket generation, while GenAI integration empowers IT teams with recommendations.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
