Civenda is designed to manage, organize, and streamline the internal functioning of contests and the groups that comprise them. We offer an application that centralizes all management tasks. Administrators can control internal documentation, coordinate relevant communications, manage contests and events, and keep rankings and activities up to date.
The main objective is to improve coordination between all members, whether they are administrators or members of the groups, increase participation in competitions, and offer a more fluid experience for all members. With our app, you can unify all management, send notifications about any changes or news, and communicate the creation or modification of events through the notification panel or by email.

The inclusion of AI for the validation of photographic entries reduces one of the most tedious tasks of the contest by 85%. It is also important to mention the generative AI chat, which filters most of the questions that users may have about the contest or the application itself.
