What the publisher says

As described on AWS Marketplace.

Chaos Gears delivers voicebot solutions end-to-end: discovery, design, build, integration, production rollout, and ongoing support. The voicebot is an AI voice agent that answers your customers on inbound calls or reaches out to them on outbound calls, holds the conversation the way a trained employee would, and performs actual tasks in your backend systems. It is not a rigid IVR tree - **it reasons, asks follow-up questions, escalates when needed, and completes work that previously required a human operator.**

Every deployment is tailored to your needs. The agent is grounded in your data and knowledge bases and connected to your systems through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or direct integrations. It can book appointments, update CRM records, look up policy or claim details, trigger workflows, or create tickets.

You decide what it can say, what it must not say, which systems it can access, and when it hands off to a human. Typical use cases include healthcare reception (appointment scheduling, pre-visit intake, triage), insurance (first notice of loss, policy questions, renewals), contact center automation (order status, account changes, collections reminders), and first-line support across regulated industries.

The stack is built on AWS services including Amazon Bedrock with AgentCore for the agent runtime and tooling, Amazon Connect for telephony, Amazon Transcribe and Amazon Polly (or best-in-class third-party voice models where appropriate), AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and Amazon DynamoDB. Related AWS Marketplace products and connectors can be layered in where they fit the use case.

Chaos Gears is an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner with competencies in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Data & Analytics. We have shipped voicebots and AI agents to production for customers in financial services, healthcare, insurance, and retail, and we operate them with measurable outcomes: reduced handling time, higher first-contact resolution, and 24/7 coverage without proportional staff growth.

Engagements are transacted as private offers on AWS Marketplace, with clear scope, fixed milestones, production-grade architecture, and a written handover. A typical path from kickoff to a production-ready pilot is 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the number of integrations and the level of compliance review required on the customer side.

Highlights

Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.

Custom inbound and outbound voice AI agents, not scripted IVRs. Chaos Gears designs the conversation flow around your real processes, grounds the agent in your data, and deploys it on AWS so it performs actual tasks (scheduling, lookups, updates, escalations) instead of just routing calls. The result feels closer to a trained employee than to a menu.

MCP-native and integration-first. The voicebot plugs into your existing systems (CRM, EHR, ticketing, ERP, custom APIs) through the Model Context Protocol or direct service integrations, so it works with the tools your team already uses. New tools and data sources can be added without rebuilding the agent.

Delivered end-to-end by an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner with competencies in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Data & Analytics. Production-grade architecture on Amazon Bedrock (AgentCore), Amazon Connect, Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Step Functions. Most deployments reach a production pilot in 6 to 10 weeks under a fixed-scope private offer.
