eType AI CloudScribe ProX is a customer-deployed, non-SaaS AI transcription and summarization platform designed for secure operation within regulated government AWS environments. Deployed entirely inside the AWS account and Amazon VPC of the customer, the solution provides high-accuracy batch speech-to-text processing, advanced speaker diarization, and AI-generated summaries. By keeping all audio and text data in-account and in-region, CloudScribe Pro ensures full data sovereignty, strict privacy controls, and compliance with government and regulatory security requirements. The platform integrates natively with core AWS services, including Amazon S3 for secure content storage, AWS IAM for fine-grained access control, Amazon EC2 and or Amazon ECS for scalable compute, and Amazon CloudWatch for centralized logging, monitoring, and auditability. Network isolation is enforced using private subnets, security groups, and optional VPC endpoints, ensuring sensitive data remains within the protected AWS environment. The architecture supports high-volume batch workloads and horizontal scaling to efficiently process thousands of hours of recorded content. For advanced language understanding and summarization, CloudScribe Pro leverages Amazon Bedrock to access innovative foundation models (LLMs) in a secure and managed framework, enabling high-quality AI summaries and content extraction without exposing sensitive data outside the AWS account of the customer. This product is sold under an annual contract-based pricing model with a defined Annual Media Hour allowance. All fees are non-refundable once the contract term begins. Unused Annual Media Hours do not carry over and are not refundable. Customers may cancel at any time, but no refunds or credits are issued for unused hours or remaining contract term. Refunds apply only to verified billing errors per AWS Marketplace policies.
