The CapNexus Enterprise Management Service is designed for just that environment. This solution and service provides support for retailers in several key areas including:

Cloud infrastructure, applications and services are key components of a selling environment. We gather data and logs from Cloudwatch, Cloudtrails, API Gateway, S3 and EC2 and generate a picture of the health of your environment as well as the applications running in the environment and create alerts and notifications using AWS services such as SES and SNS. Our platform is also hosted in the AWS cloud to provide scalability.

Store Readiness: Be assured that every device in every store is available, updated and ready to sell at all times.
Estate Management: Be alerted to software and hardware issues as they occur and be able to take remediative action and have the information needed to provide Root Cause Analysis. We aggregate application data and logging from Cloudwatch, S3, Lambda and EC2 along with store application data.
Software Integrity and Stability: Rest assured that all software and configuration is up-to-date and has not been changed. Be alerted to application crashes and errors.
