There are four major steps in the process, described below:

- Initial meeting
We meet with your team to understand your goals, align on vision, and set the project scope.
- Discovery call
You walk us through your existing infrastructure, outlining pain points and share your vision for the future.
- Design phase
Our team of experts delivers an assessment, including a detailed analysis of the current state, target architecture, key recommendations, roadmap of implementation, and a SoW to implement these recommendations.
- Handover call
We deliver the design phase deliverables to you and establish potential next steps.
The program overall takes us between 2 and 3 weeks and ends up with a comprehensive, technical report for your team.
