Engagement Phases:
**Phase 1 – Discovery, Assessment & Alignment**
- Assess the customer’s existing data landscape, analytics platforms, and AI tooling to establish a baseline for Amazon QuickSuite adoption
- Review current reporting, BI, automation, and workflow capabilities to identify functional and technical gaps
- Evaluate readiness for generative AI and agentic use cases, including data availability, governance, and security considerations
- Align with stakeholders on business objectives, target use cases, and success criteria
- Identify and prioritize applicable Amazon QuickSuite capabilities based on business impact, feasibility, and deployment complexity
- Deliver an assessment summary including prioritized QuickSuite use cases and a recommended deployment sequence
