What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
Ulap builds Explainable AI mission applications and provides the professional services to field them: secure data science workspaces, advanced analytics and collaboration, AI/ML model deployment and inference, autonomous agent orchestration, and DevSecOps automation for containerized software. Every Ulap application follows one principle: AI does the work, explains its reasoning with full traceability, and people make the decisions that matter, on record. Analysts ask questions in plain language and receive answers that cite their evidence; operators deploy models and agents with click button workflows instead of DevOps teams; every prompt, model call, and automated action is logged for oversight.
Ulap's platform and services are proven in production with the U.S. Department of Defense, developed and operated inside the most demanding environments rather than adapted to them afterward. Customers get outcomes measured in mission terms: data discovery collapsed from weeks to minutes, analyst prototypes fielded as applications in minutes instead of months, security scanning and compliance evidence generated continuously on every code commit, and AI adoption with the guardrails, explainability, and audit trail that regulated organizations require. Ulap is a minority owned small business, profitable and self funded since 2019, with multiple awarded SBIR contracts.

Ulap's services are delivered on AWS and support customers adopting AWS services for AI, analytics, and secure software delivery. Ulap deploys and operates workloads on Amazon EKS and Amazon EC2, stores data and artifacts in Amazon S3, manages state with Amazon RDS and Amazon ElastiCache, and delivers into AWS GovCloud for government workloads. Services include assessment, implementation, and managed operations of AI/ML platforms, DevSecOps pipelines, and mission applications running on AWS, from commercial cloud through air gapped environments.
Highlights
Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.
AI Accelerator, multi model by design: one secure workspace to discover data, deploy AI/ML models, and command agents in plain language. Click button deployment of LLMs, computer vision, NLP, and custom models with integrated scaling and monitoring, no DevOps team required. Agentic orchestration chains any mix of models, agents, and data sources with built in RAG and vector search, routing each task to the optimal model. Multi cloud, multi model, commercial cloud to air gapped and tactical edge.
AI for offensive cyber operations: Explainable AI covers the full mission lifecycle from target understanding through battle damage assessment. Network topology, trust boundaries, and exposed services render on the fly from raw telemetry; operators interrogate the environment in plain English; specialized agents propose and risk score courses of action with assumptions made explicit. Every prompt, model call, and agent invocation is logged with scores that hold up to oversight.
AI for defensive cyber operations: production Explainable AI proven with U.S. Cyber Command, Army Cyber, and the Cyber Protection Brigade. Analysts query network data in plain English and get commander ready answers with the full reasoning chain, not a black box; every answer carries response quality, bias, and summary scoring. Replaces busy dashboards and generic alerts with a human centric interface that lets defenders operate at machine speed with decisions a senior leader can defend.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
