Anthropic Accelerator — Claude Platform on AWS

What the publisher says
As described on AWS Marketplace.
Many organisations are already using Claude — through direct Anthropic API keys, personal credit cards, or a separate Anthropic invoice — without the AWS governance posture they apply everywhere else. Shadow keys drift across teams, audit coverage is thin, and Finance has no view of the spend. The Anthropic Accelerator brings Claude usage back under your AWS control plane in a single, time-boxed engagement.
PurePlay Cloud's Anthropic Accelerator is a three-day, fixed-fee engagement that activates Claude Platform on AWS inside your target account, onboards a nominated pilot team, and equips a small cohort of internal trainers to onboard every team that follows. Authentication runs through AWS IAM, audit through Amazon CloudTrail, and spend appears on your consolidated AWS bill — with AWS Budgets and Cost Anomaly Detection in place from day three.

**What we deliver**
- Claude Platform on AWS activated in your target AWS account, governed by your existing identity model
- An AWS IAM access model — user, role and SCP patterns designed for least-privilege team-level access, with no separate Anthropic accounts or API keys to manage
- Amazon CloudTrail configured to capture Claude Platform activity, with example queries for Amazon Athena and Amazon CloudWatch Logs Insights
- Pilot team onboarded end-to-end — authenticated, invoking the API, and visible in CloudTrail and AWS Cost Explorer
- Train-the-trainer cohort (typically the pilot team's tech lead plus one or two engineers) equipped to onboard subsequent teams without us
- AWS Budgets and AWS Cost Anomaly Detection configured for Claude Platform spend
- Team-onboarding runbook covering access grant, governance and support for each new team
- Architecture documentation and a recorded technical walkthrough handed to your team
**How we deliver it**
Three PurePlay Cloud effort days, delivered over one to two calendar weeks to accommodate stakeholder availability, in four phases: Discovery and Platform Selection (current usage, AWS topology, identity source, compliance drivers, and confirming Claude Platform on AWS is the right fit versus Amazon Bedrock); Enablement (activation, IAM model deployment, CloudTrail configuration); Pilot Team Onboarding and Train-the-Trainer (side-by-side onboarding with the trainer cohort, end-to-end validation); and Governance and Handover (Budgets, Cost Anomaly Detection, runbook, documentation, technical walkthrough).
**Why PurePlay Cloud**
Our engineers came up building and operating AWS platforms for Australian public sector and regulated industry customers — environments where IAM least privilege, CloudTrail forensics and cost control are not optional extras. Every PurePlay Cloud engineer also uses Claude daily to do our own work, so the accelerator reflects patterns we have already walked through inside our own AWS account, not theory from a vendor deck. Where AWS funding (MAP, POC) is available we pursue it on your behalf to offset the engagement cost.
**Getting started**
Get in contact with our team and we will reach out within one business day. We will run a 30-minute qualification call, confirm AWS funding eligibility, and issue a tailored Statement of Work within five business days. Delivery typically commences within two weeks of signature.
Highlights
Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.
Fixed scope, fixed fee — three PurePlay Cloud effort days. AWS funding (MAP, POC) is pursued on your behalf where eligible, typically reducing the net engagement cost, subject to AWS approvals.
Train-the-trainer by design — your platform team's tech lead and one or two engineers learn the onboarding motion side-by-side with us, then run it for every subsequent team without our involvement. No ongoing PurePlay Cloud dependency, no managed-services lock-in.
AWS-native governance from day one — Claude access gated by AWS IAM, activity captured in Amazon CloudTrail, spend visible in AWS Cost Explorer with AWS Budgets and Cost Anomaly Detection in place. Brings Claude consumption under the same security and finance posture you operate everywhere else.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
