Software-charge refunds (excluding AWS infrastructure charges) are considered only for verified billing errors or unintended launches under 1 hour, reported within 48 hours of launch to working@mejuvante.com with AWS account ID and instance ID. Approval and refund amount are at MeJuvante's sole discretion.
