Our engineers design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions on AWS that combine Amazon Bedrock foundation models with Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Amazon Kendra, or Amazon OpenSearch Service vector indexes.
We design the ingestion layer to connect to your document repositories (SharePoint, Confluence, S3, Google Drive, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and more), handle chunking, embedding, and refresh, and enforce row- and document-level access controls so users only retrieve what they are authorized to see. The conversational layer supports Amazon Lex for voice and text, Amazon Connect for contact center integration, and web or mobile front-ends via Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda. Amazon Bedrock Guardrails, evaluation datasets, and analytics ensure quality, safety, and measurable business impact.
