## How It Works

InfoSum Beacons deploy as an application inside your AWS account. Once connected to the InfoSum Platform, you can:

  • Query and analyse your data through privacy-safe interfaces
  • Configure collaboration workflows with approved partners
  • Generate privacy-safe outputs for downstream activation and measurement
  • Maintain complete ownership and control of your source data at all times

The Beacon requires outbound connectivity to InfoSum-managed endpoints to function, enabling platform orchestration while keeping data stationary.

## Prerequisites

  • An active InfoSum Platform account
  • An InfoSum Cloud Vault and valid AWS Beacon license key (obtained via the InfoSum Platform)
  • AWS Glue Database table(s) to act as your Beacon's source data

InfoSum Beacons are designed to ensure compliance with global privacy standards. The decentralized architecture means raw data never leaves your AWS environment, reducing data breach risk and simplifying regulatory obligations.
