What the publisher says

As described on AWS Marketplace.

iCOUNTER delivers the Counter Threat Operating System (CTOS), built for the Third Wave of Cybersecurity. CTOS enables enterprises to counter threats before they strike by determining risk at the edge of intelligence collection and routing it into real-time action across the entire ecosystem.

CTOS is an AI-native system of action that unifies intelligence collection, risk determination, and operational execution into a single counter-threat fabric. It transforms how organizations move from awareness to response by eliminating the gaps between detection and action.

Show the rest of the publisher’s description (2 more lines)

iCOUNTER defines a new category called Compromise Intelligence. This is a detection-layer control designed to identify adversary targeting across third-party ecosystems, determine risk at the point of collection, and operationalize remediation before a breach occurs.

iCOUNTER does not compete on volume of data or scoring models. Instead, CTOS determines risk at the edge and operationalizes it through intelligent routing and automated action. It shifts security from a system of record to a system of action, enabling faster, more precise responses to real threats.

Highlights

Highlighted by the publisher on AWS Marketplace.

Ecosystem risk reduction by lowering vendor-driven breach exposure, identifying compromise earlier, accelerating mitigation, and enabling counter-threat execution across vendors.

Streamline remediation by reducing triage burden, suppressing noise, automating routing, and providing vendor-level execution clarity.

Strategic advantage by moving from tracking risk to taking action in real time on an AI-native platform.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
