Five architectural layers, each governed in its own repository:
- **Application** — CloudFront, S3, Cognito, API Gateway. Branded chat experience with persistent history and thumbs-up/down feedback loop.
- **Backend** — ECS Fargate (FastAPI), Bedrock Converse, Bedrock AgentCore. Two specialized agents (Knowledge + Text-to-SQL) with sqlglot SELECT-only AST validation, dynamic value discovery and schema introspection.
