Built on Amazon Bedrock, the solution uses a smart router to classify each learner question and direct it to the right specialist tutor agent — factual, analytical, conversational, or course-expert. Answers are retrieved from your programme documents through a managed knowledge base using semantic search, then synthesised into clear responses with citations back to the source material, so learners get trustworthy answers rather than generic AI output. As a managed engagement, Assertio handles the full lifecycle: architecture, deployment, configuration against your specific programmes and content, and ongoing operation. The entire stack is defined as infrastructure-as-code for reproducible, environment-consistent deployments, and can be delivered into your AWS account or hosted within ours. Content is kept current by adding documents to the knowledge base — no redeployment or code changes required — and the solution scales automatically from pilot cohorts to thousands of concurrent learners. Each engagement is scoped to the institution's programmes, data-residency needs, authentication requirements, and integration goals. Assertio works with your team from proof-of-concept through pilot to production, including knowledge-base expansion, analytics, human-escalation paths, and LMS/SSO integration as the deployment matures.
